Kisisel Verilerin Islenmesine Iliskin Acik Riza Beyani
1. Riza Konusu
Bu metin, Try-On sanal giysi deneme hizmetini kullanirken yuklediginiz fotograflarin yapay zeka (AI) teknolojisi ile islenmesine iliskin acik rizanizi almak amaciyla hazirlanmistir.
6698 sayili Kisisel Verilerin Korunmasi Kanunu ("KVKK") Madde 5/1 uyarinca, ozel nitelikli kisisel verilerinizin islenmesi icin acik rizaniz gerekmektedir.

3. Isleme Amaci
Fotograflariniz asagidaki amaclarla islenir:
- Sectiginiz kiyafeti/aksesuari uzerinize sanal olarak giydirmek
- Gercekci bir sanal deneme sonuc gorseli uretmek
- Urun uyumunu gorsel olarak degerlendirmenize yardimci olmak

Fotograflariniz asagidaki teknik surecten gecer:

Onemli: Fotograflariniz sunucularimizda kalici olarak saklanmaz. AI isleme tamamlandiktan sonra orijinal gorsel silinir. Uretilen sonuc gorseli en fazla 24 saat sonra otomatik olarak temizlenir.
5. Yurt Disi Aktarim
KVKK Madde 9 uyarinca bilgilendirilmeniz gereken husus: Fotograflariniz, sanal deneme sonucu uretmek amaciyla Google Gemini AI hizmetine aktarilmaktadir. Google'in sunuculari Amerika Birlesik Devletleri'nde bulunmaktadir.
Bu aktarim, yalnizca sanal deneme islemi surecinde gerceklesir ve Google tarafindan verileriniz kalici olarak saklanmaz.
6. Saklama Suresi
- Orijinal fotograf: Islem tamamlandiktan sonra derhal silinir (saklanmaz)
- Sonuc gorseli: En fazla 24 saat (otomatik temizleme)
- AI isleme loglari: Hata ayiklama amacli 90 gun (kisisel veri icermez)
7. Haklariniz
KVKK Madde 11 kapsaminda asagidaki haklara sahipsiniz:
- Kisisel verilerinizin islenip islenmedigini ogrenme
- Islenmisse buna iliskin bilgi talep etme
- Isleme amacini ve amacina uygun kullanilip kullanilmadigini ogrenme
- Yurt icinde veya yurt disinda aktarildigi ucuncu kisileri bilme
- Eksik veya yanlis islenmisse duzeltilmesini isteme
- KVKK Madde 7'deki sartlar cercevesinde silinmesini isteme
- Islenen verilerin munhasiran otomatik sistemler vasitasiyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya cikmasina itiraz etme
- Kanuna aykiri isleme sebebiyle zarara ugramaniz halinde zararin giderilmesini talep etme
8. Rizanin Geri Cekilmesi
Acik rizanizi istediginiz zaman, herhangi bir gerekce gostermeksizin geri cekebilirsiniz. Riza geri cekildigi takdirde:
- Sanal deneme hizmetini kullanamazsiniz
- Geri cekme oncesinde islenmis veriler hukuka uygun olarak islenmis sayilir
- Hesabinizdaki diger ozellikler (urun yonetimi vb.) etkilenmez

9. Riza Beyani
Try-On hizmetini kullanarak fotograf yukledigimde, yukaridaki bilgilendirme kapsaminda:
- Fotografimin yapay zeka (Google Gemini AI) tarafindan islenmesine,
- Sanal deneme sonucu uretilmesi amaciyla yurt disina (ABD) aktarilmasina,
- Isleme tamamlandiktan sonra silinmesine
ozgur iradem ile acik rizami veriyorum.
Consent Form
Explicit Consent for Processing of Personal Data
1. Subject of Consent
This form is prepared to obtain your explicit consent for the processing of your photographs using artificial intelligence (AI) technology when you use the Try-On virtual clothing try-on service.
In accordance with Article 5/1 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your explicit consent is required for the processing of your special category personal data.
2. Personal Data to Be Processed

3. Purpose of Processing
Your photographs are processed for the following purposes:
- Virtually fitting the selected clothing/accessory onto you
- Generating a realistic virtual try-on result image
- Helping you visually evaluate product compatibility
4. Processing Method and Transfer
Your photographs go through the following technical process:

Important: Your photographs are not permanently stored on our servers. The original image is deleted after AI processing is complete. Generated result images are automatically cleaned up within 24 hours.
5. International Data Transfer
As required by Article 9 of KVKK: Your photographs are transferred to Google Gemini AI service to generate virtual try-on results. Google's servers are located in the United States.
This transfer occurs only during the try-on processing and your data is not permanently stored by Google.
6. Retention Period
- Original photo: Deleted immediately after processing (not stored)
- Result image: Maximum 24 hours (automatic cleanup)
- AI processing logs: 90 days for debugging purposes (contains no personal data)
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data has been processed
- Request information about processing if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose
- Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
- Request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request deletion under the conditions set out in Article 7 of KVKK
- Object to outcomes produced against you through automated analysis
- Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing
8. Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time without providing any reason. Upon withdrawal:
- You will not be able to use the virtual try-on service
- Data processed before withdrawal remains lawfully processed
- Other account features (product management, etc.) are not affected

9. Consent Declaration
When I upload a photo using the Try-On service, within the scope of the above information:
- I consent to the processing of my photograph by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini AI),
- I consent to its transfer abroad (US) for the purpose of generating virtual try-on results,
- I consent to its deletion after processing is complete.
I give my explicit consent of my own free will.
