These Terms of Service govern your use of the TryOnApp virtual try-on platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

You agree not to use TryOnApp for any of the following:

Content moderation: We reserve the right to review and reject images that violate our content policy. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

5.1 Rate Limits

Each subscription plan includes specific daily and monthly try-on limits. Exceeding your plan's limits will result in API requests being rejected with a 429 (Too Many Requests) status code until the limit resets.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to your product images and any content you upload to TryOnApp. Generated try-on images are owned by the customer who initiated the request. TryOnApp claims no ownership over customer-generated content.

6.2 Our Platform

The TryOnApp platform, including the widget, API, dashboard, bot, and all associated code, design, and documentation, is the intellectual property of TryOnApp. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without written permission.

6.3 Widget Branding

Free and Starter plans include "Powered by TryOnApp" branding on the widget. Growth and Pro plans may remove this branding.

9. Limitation of Liability

TryOnApp is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated images. In no event shall TryOnApp be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of TryOnApp shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TryOnApp and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the TryOnApp service at any time. Material changes (such as pricing changes or feature removal) will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of TryOnApp will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
